Q: What do you consider to be a web page?
A. Simply put a web page is any page that we click to visit with your website. One example would be www.yoursitecom/aboutus.html. So your about us web link would be one page on your website.
Q: How long does it take to create my website?
A: Most websites can be created within 5 – 7 days. Some in only a couple of days depending on the size of the website.
Q: What information am I required to give in order to get a website created?
A: You will need to give us the text, images (unless we are providing the images), logos, contact info, and any other items that we will need to get your company or individual website up and running. We will need all of at the beginning of the website design process.
Q: I’m very busy running my company. It’s very difficult to find time to meet with you. Can we just communicate by e-mail and telephone?
A: Absolutely. Many of our clients have never met with us in person to get our web design services.
Q: Do you provide SEO along with website design?
A: Yes, we provide basic SEO (Search Engine Optimization) for all websites. We also have a SEO package for those looking for greater SEO.
Q: Do I have to pay my website design up front?
A: No, other Atlanta web design companies might ask for everything up front before they start your website design. We require a deposit of 50% will be due at the start of the design of your website. The final payment will be due upon delivery of the website.
Q: What forms of payment does your company accept?
A: We take cash and credit cards. For credit card payments you will be sent an invoice using Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to make this type of payment.
Q: What if I don’t like the website once it is finished?
A: All websites are reviewed by you before it is finished so changes can be made to ensure customer satisfaction.
Q: Are e-mail accounts included in the web hosting?
A: Yes, you will have the ability to create over 50 custom e-mail addresses (e.g info@yoursite.com).
Q: Does my company website need website hosting?
A: Yes. Web hosting is the process of storing your companies website on a web server so it accessible to the public on the Internet. Without hosting, you only have files on a computer. We can provide it for you.
